A1: No. We are leading manufacturer to produce first aid kit with 8 years experience with CE ,FDA, ISO 13485 .

Q2: What about the shipping methods?
A2: By express courier / By air / By sea. 

Q3: What about the payment methods
A3: We do T/T and for small amount you can pay by Paypal, Western Union etc.

Q4 : What's your delivery time?
A4: Usually we produce within 20 days after deposit.

Q5: Can I print our logo on your first aid kits?
A5: of course,we can do custom printing . If small qty ,printingplate charge should be paid separately

Q6: Can I order some samples for our testing?

A6: Sure, we can arrange the stocked sample free to you by freight collect. If no stock sample you have to pay sample cost.

Q7: What's your MOQ( Minimum Order Quantity ) of each first aid kits.
A7: Lowest MOQ but price is different for different quantity.

Q8: Can you customize my first aid kits in special shape?
A8: Yes, we do custom design first aid kit. And we assemble the contents adding or reducing components to fit your budget.
